Eating healthly food and doing exercise is the same just like require plentifully sleeping. It's an importmant thing for your body. When we has no enough sleeping, the work or school's live have bad representation, because we can't concertrate. Our body and mood will both become worse, and sometimes may die in this situation. For example, that's talk about the pilot. It could be slept when they're flying.
